Just finished the video of Saturday's mountain run. Originally, there were two songs embedded in the video but You-tube doesn't allow it due to copyright infringement issues.
So, you will have to endure my commentary including my oft-used quotes of "awesome!", "this is it, you made it!", "great job!", as well as my favorite, "keep the legs moving!"; however, to lessen the blow, I have a copy of the original and can burn a CD (with music) if you would like one. Just let me know.
