Come to the track ready to run! 3pm--Don't be late.

Look to the Sidebar for the 2009 Season/Race Schedule.

• We will have a brief meeting about before heading out.

• Some of you still do not have your pink slips. You may not run without them.

• Uniforms will be issued after practice either tomorrow or on Thursday.

JV Girls--Art Center only 5.8 miles

If your parents object to your running, then you should head to 24-hour fitness.
