Pasta Dinner, Tomorrow's Practice and Unis

Uniforms will be issued after the tomorrow's practice run.

Girls will have a longish run: 7 for JV, 9 for Varsity...this will be on the flat side, but also longer than Wednesday's. JV will turn around at Holly ST. and head back the same way.

We will start right away--check in with me give me your mileage from Wednesday's run (if you cut it short you need to let me know the actual distance)...after you return stretch quickly and pick up your uniforms.
