Clearances are:
Monday Aug 17th- 10am-2pm
Tue Aug 18th- Friday Aug 21st- 8am-noon
Mon Aug 24th-Wed Aug 26th- 8am-noon
Coaches will not let athletes participate until pink slips are presented to them!
How to Get your Pink Slip:
1) Go to the LCHS Registration Website:

2) Item #21 is the Athletics Clearance Checklist. It has the list of items athletes need to get their pink slips. It includes: ASB, Transportation, Signed physical (within 1 year), and Online Registration Confirmation. This will help ensure that you have all materials with you when you come to clear.
3) Item #22 is the Physical Form. Physicals are only valid for one year. Please make sure EVERYTHING is filled out and signed.
4) Item #23 is the Online Athletic Registration Form for 2009-2010. When item #23 is complete (8 short pages), you'll be automatically sent to #24. Complete, print, and have all parties sign it.
5) ASB and Transportation can be paid in the Student Store. ASB is $55 and Transportation is $185 for the first sport/activity, and $55 each one thereafter. If you are playing multiple sports, you can get all pink slips taken care of now. All checks are payable to "LCHS ASB." Be sure to put your student's name and ID in the memo line.
6) Bring your Physical, ASB and Transportation receipts, and Online Registration Confirmation during Clearance Hours. And you'll get your pink slip!
