Week #6 At A Glance

This week we drop a couple miles before we jump up again next week.

Mileage: 38, 32, 28

M--5.8, 5.5, 4.8
T--3.8, 3.2, 2.8
W--9.5, 8, 7
TH--3.8, 3.2, 2.8
F--5.7, 4.8, 4.2
SA--9.5, 8, 7

We will head up LIDA

Upper group takes it up LIDA to Figueroa/Chevy Chase to Highland and back to school.
Middle group takes it to the crest of the hill and turns around heads back to school.
Lower group takes LIDA to the art center and heads back to school.

REMINDER: Please get cleared!!! NOW!! Varsity members who are not cleared before camp will not be attending!
