The following information was forwarded to me by the Athletic Director, Ms. Hill. There are two forms to be filled out and then brought into the AD's office. Then, you must also complete an online registration (this is not yet ready) for total clearance completion. Make those doctor appointments now! I will link the online reg. as soon as it is made available.
Below are important dates. Don't wait the last minute to do this.
SUMMER CLEARANCE DATES:
1) Monday Aug 17th- 10am-2pm
2) Tue Aug 18th- Friday Aug 21st- 8am-noon
3) Mon Aug 24th-Wed Aug 26th- 8am-noon
