Math problem:
Subtract 30 seconds from your fastest CV Park time, find your mile pace from it and then divide by 4. Answer is in seconds.
So, if you have a 17 flat CV time then you would run your 400 meters @ 82-83 seconds and 200 meters in 41-42.
Tomorrow calls for 400s and 200s w/ twice the distance in jog-recovery between. (6 miles total--including warm-up, cool-down and recovery jogs)
- 1 mile jog
- stretch and 2 x 50 m. strides
- 3 x 400s @ RP w/ 800m. jog-recovery
- 5 x 200s @ RP w/ 400m. jog-recovery
- 1 mile jog cool down
- stretch and core exercises
what time tomorrow?
