Great job today on the hill! Today's run has a name: Hilly Hacky-Sack (Johnny will explain.) By the way, that's official. It was good to see so many of you attack those hills today--very impressive!
Also, I want to acknowledge the efforts of Sean, Aayush and Anton. Just the fact that you guys made the trip is an accomplishment by itself. Then, to have run as well as you did, well, that's what we call "the icing". Remember, you raced under more stress than you under normal racing conditions, what with a 10-miler the day before and the 5-miler that same day in the morning. Okay, great effort again!!
