Pre-race and pasta dinner

The boys will be going for an easy warm-up up and 4 strides today.

The address for the pasta dinner is:

1000 Oxford Way.

It is on the corner of Chevy Chase and Oxford Way.

Due to work schedules, no one will be there til 4:00PM, so

please bring your assigned items with you when you come at 5:00. We should be out of practice well before 4 o'clock, so you should have plenty time to go home, shower and be there by 5.
